You have 5 days after receiving your item to report an exchange on damaged or to state anything missing. Since all items are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds.
To initiate a report, please contact us at customorderinformation@gmail.com. Once your claim has been accepted, we’ll send you instructions on next steps for replacements. Items sent back to us without first will not be accepted.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim after 5 days will be null and void
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
